Flynn was one of the nation's top throwers this season, earning All-American honors in both the discus and hammer throws at the 2015 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships. The junior broke her own school record in the hammer throw and placed third in the event (57.28m, 187' 11") to earn the third All-American honor of her career. The day before, Flynn repeated as an All-American in the discus throw, improving three places to fourth (48.28m, 158' 5") from last season. Flynn was the WIAC champion in the discus for the second time in her career (45.83m, 150' 4"), becoming the second UWSP athlete to win the event twice. In the indoor season, she placed 10th nationally in the weight throw (16.35m, 53' 7.75"). The Appleton native was the WIAC outdoor champion in the discus (45.83m, 150' 4") and the runner-up in the hammer throw (57.19m, 187' 7"), as the Pointers finished fourth.
