Lindsley begins her first season as the head coach of the women's lacrosse program in 2026.

She was interim head coach for the final nine matches of the 2025 season. She notched two wins, her first at Southwestern on April 6 and concluded the campaign with the program's largest margin of victory with an 18-3 win over Augsburg. Senior Courtney Leising posted a program record 13 points in the win over Augsburg.

Lindsley earned her bachelor's degree in Forensic Science from Marian University. She has certifications in personal training and strengthening and conditioning.
