Jackson Noll

Noll comes to UWSP after spending two seasons as the lead assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at UW-Eau Claire. There, his primary responsibilities included recruiting, scouting, defensive strategy, player development and program operations. He played a key role in UWEC improving from 8-17 to 13-12 and moving up 110 spots in NPI rankings.
 
At UWEC, he coached a WIAC All-Defensive Team selection that led the conference in rebounding and steals. He also recruited a 2025 freshman class that included five WBCA All-Stars, five all-state selection and three Conference Players of the Year among other accolades.
 
He has also been the Team Wisconsin AAU Basketball Club Coordinator and coach since 2021. Noll oversees the program's skill development, recruiting, scheduling, and coaches several high-level teams that compete nationally. During the 2026 season, Team Wisconsin featured 77 All-Conference Players, 8 Conference Players of the Year, 11 WBCA All-State players and 22 middle school players with WSICT All-Tournament honors. Through Team Wisconsin, Noll has built relationships with high school and club coaches from across Wisconsin and the Midwest.
 
Noll played collegiately at UW-Stout for four seasons. He played in 66 games in his UW-Stout career, recorded 250 total points and helped the Blue Devils to their first winning season in nine years in 2021-22. He earned his degree in applied social sciences from UW-Stout in May 2024. He was also involved with Student Senate during his college career for four years serving as a Student Senator, one year as the Director of Legislative Affairs, and was a representative for more than five University committees.
 
The Cuba City native played for legendary Wisconsin coach Jerry Petitgoue and went 25-0 in his senior year. Noll earned WBCA and PrepHoopsWI All-State, was a three-time All-Conference player, and was named to the WBCA All-Star team during his high school career. He is Cuba City's all-time record holder for made 3-pointers in a game, season and career.
