Bierman is in his fourth year coaching high jump at UW-Stevens Point following four years high jumping at UW-Platteville.
During the outdoor season of 2024, he assisted Ian Lillquist and Casey Ploederl in qualifying for NCAA Outdoor Nationals. Ploederl also earned USTFCCCA Second-Team All-America honors under the assistance of Bierman.
During his first year coaching at UWSP, the men’s high jump group finished the 2023 outdoor season ranked second in the nation at the NCAA Division III level. Along with this, four men placed in the high jump at the 2023 WIAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
