2016-2017: Wrestled an 8-6 record at 174 and four pins…Won by first-period fall over Dubuque’s Mark Griffin at the Dan Gable Open (Nov. 12)…Had a fall among three wins at the CUW Open (Nov. 19)…Two of his three wins at the Al Hanke Invitational (Jan. 14) were by fall.

2015-16: Wrestled at 149 and 157 pounds… Placed third in the Dan Gable Open, including 3 pins… Took third place in the WIAC Championship… Finished in fourth place at the Midwest Regional… Finished the season at 18-8.

2014-15: Wrestled at 149 and 157 throughout the season...Finished third at the WIAC Championships at 157...Led the team in pins with 12...Record for the year was 14-9.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-time letterwinner…Three time First-Team All-Southwest Conference selection…All-conference selection in football as a junior and senior…Team advanced to sectionals twice…High school coach Jaime Hegland is a UWSP alum.

PERSONAL: Major is sociology with social deviance emphasis...Minor in military science…Parents are Janice and Jay.
