Conat is in his second season on the coaching staff at UW-Stevens Point after a highly successful four-year career with the Pointers.

A four-year letterwinner and two-time team captain, Conat amassed over 75 wins in his career with UWSP. His senior season he earned second team All-WIAC and was a National qualifier. Ryan also achieved NWCA Scholar All-American status as a senior year.
