Biography

Coach Johnson: “Plagued with injuries since his freshman year, Austin looks to get healthy for his senior year. He could be a big help to the Pointers at 174 once healthy.”
 
2021-22: Went 0-3 at 174.
 
2020-21:  Did not compete in a varsity match.
 
2019-20: Went 10-7 with five wins by fall…Placed sixth at the Pointer Open (Nov. 2) after opening the met with consecutive wins by fall…Finished fourth with two wins at the Dan Gable Open (Nov. 9)…Won three matches at the Adrian Duals (Nov. 16)…Won a pair of matches against foes from Luther (Dec. 7).
 
High School: Placed third at state…Second most wins in a season in school history…Also participated in track and field and cross country.
 
Personal: Parents Jessica and Jeffery…Siblings Aydden, Maddie, Nolan and Taylor…Athletic training major…High honor roll student.
