University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point Athletics

A 12-year veteran of playing local club volleyball, Kong Thao joins the Pointers’ staff this season as an assistant coach.

Thao has worked several volleyball camps, including camps at UW-Stevens Point. He is completing a degree in Computer Information Systems and will graduate from UW-Stevens Point in December.

An Oshkosh native, Thao attended North High School and played high school football. Thao has also worked as a high school sports official.
