Karlyn Jakusz begins her fifth season as the UW-Stevens Point head women's tennis coach during the 2008 season.
Jakusz, a Stevens Point native, was an assistant coach with the Pointers during the 2003 campaign and replaced 18-year coach Nancy Page.
Jakusz is a part-time athletics staff member, but is employed on campus as the Telemanagement Administrator in the UW-Stevens Point Telephone Support Office. She is a Stevens Point Area Senior High and UW-Madison graduate.
Jakusz has helped coach local high school teams and spent four years as the United States Tennis Association coordinator for the North Central League.
