Lucas Kollross is in his fifth season as an assistant coach at UW-Stevens Point in 2019.
Kollross joined the UW-Stevens Point staff after spending 16 years as the head girls soccer coach at D.C. Everest High School. In his 16 seasons with the Evergreens, Kollross posted a combined record of 209-135-29.
Kollross, a 2001 graduate of UWSP, led D.C. Everest to a state championship in the spring of 2015 after finishing as the runner-up in 2014. His teams also won the last three Wisconsin Valley Conference championships.
The success of his D.C. Everest teams helped Kollross gather numerous awards. He is a two-time Wisconsin Soccer Coaches Association Coach of the Year (2014-15) and was named the Gannett Media Central Wisconsin Female Coach of the Year in 2015.
Kollross also served as the Vice President of the Wisconsin Soccer Coaches Association and the Director of Central Wisconsin TOPSoccer. He holds a National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) national diploma and a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) "D" license.
