Bougie enters his second season in 2025-26. He came to UWSP from Wittenberg Birnamwood High School where he was a chemistry and physics teacher. In 2022, he was the head varsity coach at Gresham High School and has had coaching experience at Shawano High, Wrightstown High and Shawano Middle School. A graduate of UW-Oshkosh in 2021, Bougie obtained his US Soccer D license in 2022. He was a first-team all-WJCAA and team captain for UW-Fond du Lac in 2010. He also played a season at Ripon College in 2008.
