Delsman enters her third season at UWSP in 2024-25. In 2023-24, she assisted the team in their first national ranking since 2016-17 after their red-hot 11-0 start to the season.
In 2022-23, she coached a pair of All-WIAC selections in Jamie Pfeifer and Alexa Thomson.
She came to UWSP after spending a season on the staff at Alverno College in 2021-22. As a graduate assistant coach for the Inferno, she was instrumental in all aspects of operation for the program. Delsman's focus was on post player development and she was involved in all practice and game plans. She helped manage team travel, academic progress monitoring and oversaw all social media channels for the program.
She was a coach for the Wisconsin Lakers AAU team in Southeastern Wisconsin from September 2019 to August 2022. She was a coach for the 2026 and 2027 teams in 2022.
Delsman also spent a year as an intern with the UW-Whitewater women's basketball team in 2019-20. There, she got experience at the DIII level and familiarity with film and scouting.
Her basketball experience also includes stints at Waukesha West and Green Bay Southwest High Schools.
Delsman played basketball at UW-Waukesha in 2014-15 and volleyball in 2015.
She earned an associate degree in arts and sciences from Wisconsin-Waukesha. Delsman completed her bachelor's degree in 2018 at UW-Green Bay and holds a master's degree in education from UW-Whitewater.
