2023: Started all 47 games…Led the team with 193 at-bats, a .373 batting average, 59 RBI, 125 total bases, 72 hits and five sac flies…Belted 13 home runs, second on the team, and racked up 12 doubles, one shy of the team lead…Registered 13 hits in a six-game hit streak from March 6 to March 20…Hit a home run and tripled with five RBI against Roger Williams (March 18)…Had a pair of hits in four games of a five-game hit streak from March 26 to April 2 with a pair of doubles and two RBI at Washington (April 1)…Drove in three with a three-hit game, including a home run, in game two at UW-La Crosse (April 7)…Amassed a four-hit outing with two RBI and four runs scored while launching a home run at St. Norbert (April 12)…Drove in five on a double and a pair of sac flies in the series opener against UW-Stout (April 22) and drove in 12 in the series to earn WIAC Athlete of the Week honors…Tied the program record with eight RBI, including two home runs, one of which was a grand slam, in the NCAA Regional versus Webster (May 20)…Went 4-for-6 with six RBI and two home runs in Super Regional win at UW-La Crosse (May 27)…Earn D3baseball All-America, D3baseball All-Region, ABCA All-Region and All-WIAC honors after the season.
2022: Started all 52 games with a team-high 214 at-bats on the season…Hit .341 with 10 home runs, 57 RBI, 53 runs scored and 12 stolen bases…Second on the team in total hits with 73…Had 20 multi-hit games, including a season-high four hits four times…Fielded .949 while playing third base…Began the season with three RBI in a win over Illinois Tech (Mar. 6)…Posted hitting streaks of 11 (Apr. 3-Apr. 16) and 12 (May 6-May 22)…Drove in a season-high four runs on four occasions, against UW-La Crosse (Apr. 10), versus UW-Stout (Apr. 16 and Apr. 19) and versus UW-Platteville (May 3)…Racked up six multi-hit games in a seven game span from April 5 to April 16…Belted two home runs with three runs scored and four RBI against UW-Stout (Apr. 19)…Scored a season-high five runs with a home run and two RBI in NCAA Regional win over North Central (May 22)…Blasted a solo home run and scored twice in a win over Catholic (June 4) at the College World Series…Was named to the All-WIAC first team and the ABCA/Rawling All-Region third team after the season.
2021: Started all 43 games…Led the team in hitting with a .372 average…Belted 11 home runs with 46 RBI and 40 runs scored…Second on the team with 15 doubles…Racked up a season-best 14-game hitting streak from April 28 to May 15…Registered 21 multi-hit games on the year…Posted a season-high five RBI with a home run and a double against Finlandia (April 9)…Had four hits, four RBI and three runs while hitting first home run of the season in twin bill against UW-Oshkosh (March 29)…Blasted a home run in each game of a doubleheader at UW-La Crosse (April 17) with five hits on the day…Slugged two home runs in game one versus UW-Eau Claire (May 1)…Had two hits in each game at UW-Oshkosh (May 4) to extend to a five-game multi-hit streak…Recorded his seventh three-hit game of the year in the WIAC Tournament win over UW-Stout (May 22)…Was named to the All-WIAC first team after the season.
2020: Started in all three games…In 12 at-bats, recorded one hit…Scored one run in 5-4 loss against Wabash (March 1)…Recorded seven assists…Turned one double play.
2019: Started in all 38 games…Had a .299 batting average, tied for fourth-best on the team…In 157 at-bats, he recorded 32 runs, which included 10 doubles and 3 home runs…Recorded the second-most RBI on the team with 36…Had 257 putouts, the most on the team…Assisted in 22 double plays, second-most on the team…Went 4-for-5 batting in five runs, scoring two of his own in a 13-3 win against Washington and Jefferson (March 15)…Scored four of the team’s 11 runs in a game versus Finlandia going 4-for-4 (April 14)…Recorded 12 putouts in a single game against UW-La Crosse (March 31).
High School: Participated in football, basketball, and baseball…First-team all-conference sophomore through senior year…All-state honorable mention sophomore through senior year.
Personal: Physical education major…Parents Shannon and Robert…Siblings Hayden and Kyle…Volunteers with Rhinelander Little League, Rhinelander Basketball Program, National Guard Holiday Programs and Deployed Programs…High school coach Joe Waksmonski played for the Pointers in the 2001-2003 seasons earning All-WIAC honors… Appeared in the Northwoods League with the Wisconsin Woodchucks for the 2019 summer season.
