2023 Outdoor: Ran to a personal-best time of 16:31.83 in the 5000-meter run to placed 10th at the Augustana College Midwest Twilight Qualifier (May 18)…Won the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:29.05 and placed 10th in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a personal-best time of 10:25.02 at the Eagle Open (May 12)…Took third in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:35.74 at the St. Norbert Invitational (April 29)…Placed sixth in the 1500-meter run with a personal-best time of 4:19.47 at the 2023 Green Knight Viking Dual (April 21)…Earned a personal-best finish in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:06.46 at the UW-Platteville Invitational (April 14)…Placed 30th in the 1500-meter run with a time of 4:21.10 at the Rex Foster Twilight Invite (April 7)…Placed ninth in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:44.55 at the UW-Platteville Opener (April 1).

2023 Indoor: Raced to a personal-best time of 9:37.05 in the 3000-meter run to place 31st at the UW-Oshkosh Titan Challenge (Feb. 18)…Placed 29th in the mile run with a personal-best time of 4:49.08 at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 4)…Took fifth in the 3000-meter run with a time of 9:50.75 at the Pointer Alumni Open (Jan. 14).

2022 Outdoor: Finished sixth in the 500-meter run with a career-best time of 16:47.50 at the Augustana College Twilight Qualifier (May 19)…Ran a career-best time of 4:21.30 in the 1500-meter run at the UW-Platteville Invitational (Apr. 15) to finish 21st.

2022 Indoor: Clocked a career-best time of 4:53.89 in the mile at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 5) to finish in 11th place…Ran a career-best time of 9:37.35 in the 3000-meter run at the UWO Titan Challenge (Feb. 19) to finish 44th.

2021 Outdoor: Ran a personal-best time of 4:28.12 in the 1500-meter race at the Carroll Alumni Invitational (Mar. 27), finishing in 23rd place.

2021 Indoor: Finished in 13th place in the 5000-meter race with a time of 17:26.87 at the Point Platteville Dual #1 (Feb. 13)…Clocked a time of 9:50.98 in the 3000-meter run finishing 11th at the Point Platteville Dual #2 (Feb. 20).

High School: Seven-time letterwinner, four in cross country, three in track…First-team all-conference as a senior and honorable mention as a junior in cross country…Team captain and most valuable runner for cross country in 2019…State qualifier in cross country in 2019…All-city recipient in 2019 and 2017…State qualifier in track in 2018.
