2018 Indoor: Finished eighth with a time of 2:01.19 in the 800-meter run at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 17)...Part of a distance medley relay team that won with a time of 11:19.61 at the Pointer Invitational (Feb. 3).  

2017 Outdoor: At the UW-Platteville Invitational (April 13-14), finished with a time of 2:04.83, good for 30th-place, in the 800-meter run. 
 
2017 Indoor: Clocked in a time of 2:04.72 in the 800-meter run at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 18) for 20th place. 

2016 Outdoor Personal Record: Ran for a time of 2:01:33 in the 800-meter at the Augustana College Meet of Champions on April 22

2016 Indoor Personal Record: Received a ninth-place finish with a time of 1:34:35 in the 600-meter run at the Pointer Open on January 16

2015 Outdoor Personal Record: Ran for a time of 56.99 in the 400-meter at the Augustana College Meet of Champions on April 18
