2019 Outdoor: Ran as part of a 4x400-meter relay team that finished first with a time of 3:56.27 at the WIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (May 3)…Part of a winning 4x400-meter relay team that had a time of 3:57.95 at the La Crosse Qualifier (May 16).
 
2019 Indoor: Finished in 12th-place in the WIAC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 1:00.98 in the 400-meter dash (Feb. 22)…Locked in a time of 1:45.14 for a fifth-place finish in the 600-meter run at the Pointer Alumni Meet (Jan. 12).

2018 Outdoor: Locked in a time of 1:03.14 for a 27th-place finish in the 400-meter dash at the North Central College Dr. Keeler Meet (May 10)…Participated in the 4x400-meter relay that finished in ninth place with a time of 4:11.44 at the Augustana Meet of Champions (April 20).
 
2018 Indoor: Part of a 4x400-meter relay team that won in a time of 3:57.24 at the Pointer Final Qualifier (March 3)…Earned a runner-up position with a time of 12:35.57 as a team in the distance medley relay at the WIAC Indoor Track and Field Championships (Feb. 22-23)…Dashed to a time of 1:03.07 for a fifth-place finish in the 400-meter dash at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 17).   

2017 Outdoor: Ran a time of 1:01.81 for a 20th-place finish in the 400-meter dash at the UW-Platteville Invitational (April 13-14)…Earned an 18th-place finish, with a time of 2:35.21, in the 800-meter run at the Carroll Pioneer Invitational (April 1). 

2017 Indoor: Ran a time of 1:47.33, good for fifth-place, in the 600-meter run at the Pointer Alumni Open (Jan. 14)…Ran a time of 1:01.90  in the 400-meter run at the Warhawk Classic Invitational and Multi Event (Jan. 27-28).   

Personal: Psychology major.
