2024 Outdoor: Posted personal-best times of 16.78 (0.6) and 1:12.65 in the 100-meter hurdles and 400-meter hurdles, respectively, at the UW-La Crosse Eagle Open (May 10)…Logged a personal-best score of 3251 in the heptathlon, including a personal-best time of 29.16 (1.0) in the 200-meter run at the WIAC Outdoor Championships (May 3-4)…Took 13th in the heptathlon with a score of 3114, including a personal-best mark of 1.42 meters (4’ 7.75”) in the high jump at the Phil Esten Challenge (Apr. 19-20)…Posted 10th-place finishes in the 800-meter run and high jump with marks of 2:37.99 and 1.38 meters (4’ 6.25”), respectively, and logged a personal-best throw of 24.39 meters (80’ 0”) in the javelin throw at the Rex Foster Twilight (Apr. 5).

2024 Indoor: Raced to a personal-best time of 8.83 in the 60-meter dash and finished second in the 60-meter hurdles at the Ripon Final Qualifier and Multi (Mar. 1-2)…Finished 12th in the pentathlon with a score of 2596, including personal-best marks of 4.51 meters (14’ 9.75”) and 8.39 meters (27’ 6.5”) in the long jump and shot put, respectively, at the WIAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 23-24)…Posted a personal-best time of 2:30.28 in the 800-meter run at the Titan Challenge (Feb. 17)…Finished fourth in the 60-meter hurdles with a personal-best time of 9.85 and eighth in the high jump with a mark of 1.40 meters (4’ 7”) at the Big Dawg Invite (Feb. 3)…Placed eighth in the pentathlon with a personal-best score of 2605 at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational (Jan. 26-27)…Took third in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 4:14.71, fifth in the long jump with a mark of 4.40 meters (14’ 5.25”), 12th in the high jump with a mark of 1.38m (4’ 6.25”) and recorded a personal-best time of 9.42 in the 55-hurdles at the UWEC/UWP/UWSP Triangular (Jan. 20)…Won the 60-hurdles with a time of 9.90, placed fourth in the high jump with a mark of 1.31 meters (4’ 3.5”) and 10th in the 600-meter run with a personal-best time of 2:04.45 at the Pointer Alumni (Jan. 13).
