2024 Indoor: Finished 10th in the 5000-meter run with a personal-best time of 17:00.22 at the NCAA Indoor Championships (Mar. 8-9)…Placed second in the 5000-meter run with a time of 17:18.32 and fourth in the 3000-meter run with a time of 10:03.44 at the WIAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 23-24)…Posted a personal-best time of 5:06.48 in the mile at the Midwest ELITE Invitational (Feb. 10)…Won the 3000-meter run with a personal-best time of 9:55.63 at the Big Dawg Invite (Feb. 3).

2023 Outdoor: Took 14th in the 5000-meter run with a time of 17:38.55 at the St. Francis Fighting Chance Invite (May 12-13)…Won the 10000-meter run with a time of 36:47.02 at the WIAC Outdoor Championships (May 5-6)…Finished fifth in the 5000-meter run with a time of 18:00.18 at the Phil Esten Challenge (April 21-22).

2022 Outdoor: Won the 10,000-meter run with a career-best and school record time of 35:21.11 at the Phil Esten Challenge (Apr. 21-23)…Finished in second place in the 5000-meter run with a time of 17.55.72 at the WIAC Championship (May 6-7)…Clocked a personal-best time of 17:04.19 in the 5000 meter race to finish fourth at the UW-Platteville Invitational (Apr. 15)…Finished in 11th place in the 10,000 meter run at the NCAA DIII Championship with a time of 36.55.04 (May 26-28).

2022 Indoor: Won the 3000-meter run with a personal-best time of 10:92.22 at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational (Jan. 28-29)…Won the 5000-meter run with a time of 17:48.63 at the WIAC Championship (Mar. 4-5)…Finished 10th in the 5000-meter run with a school record time of 17:13.24 at the NCAA DIII Championships (Mar. 11-12)…Clocked a personal-best time of 5:17.19 to finish in third place in the mile at the WIAC Tri (Jan. 22).
