2024 Outdoor: Earned a personal-best score of 4404 in the decathlon, including multiple personal-best marks in the 1500-meter run, pole vault, discus throw, 110 hurdles, 400-meter run, high jump and shot put, 6:03.69, 2.90 meters (9’ 6.25”), 25.60 meters (84’ 0”), 21.00 (1.7), 56.40, 1.74 meters (5’ 8.5”) and 9.68 meters (31’ 9.25”), respectively, to finish ninth at the Phil Esten Challenge (Apr. 19-20)…Logged a personal-best time of 11.96 (0.9) in the 100-meter dash and finished 31st in the javelin throw with a personal-best distance of 26.41 meters (119’ 5”) at the UW-Platteville Invitational (Apr. 12-13)…Raced to a fifth-place finish in the 4x400 relay with a time of 3:39.77 and took 22nd in the discus throw with a distance of 21.84 meters (71’ 8”) at the Rex Foster Twilight (Apr. 5).

2024 Indoor: Finished 21st in the heptathlon with a score of 2558, including personal-best times in the 1000-meter run, 60 hurdles and 60-meter dash with times of 3:31.96, 11.70 and 7.36, respectively, at the WIAC Indoor Championships (Feb 23-24)…Clocked a personal-best time of 2:37.31 in the 800-meter run to finish 38th along with finishing 16th in the high jump with a height of 1.71 meters (5’ 7.25”) at the Titan Challenge (Feb. 17)…Logged a personal-best score of 2875 in the heptathlon, including a personal-best distance of 5.36 meters (17’ 7”) in the long jump at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational (Jan. 26-27)…Earned a personal-best time in the 55-meter dash with a time of 7.00 at the UWEC/UWP/UWSP Triangular (Jan. 20).
