2023 Outdoor: Logged a personal-best finish in the decathlon with a score of 4064, including personal-best marks in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 19.34 (1.0) and 400-meter dash with a time of 56.34 at the WIAC Outdoor Championships (May 5-6)…Finished 11th in the long jump with a personal-best height of 5.56 meters (1.1, 18’ 3”) at the St. Norbert Invitational (April 29)…Placed 23rd in the decathlon with a score of 3766, including a personal-best finish in the 1500-meter run with a time of 5:03.23 at the Phil Esten Challenge (April 21-22)…Netted a personal-best mark in the shot put with a distance of 8.10 meters (26’ 7”) at the UW-Platteville Invitational (April 14)…Finished 20th in the discus throw with a personal-best distance of 29.39 meters (96’ 5”) and a personal-best time of 12.53 in the 100-meter dash at the Rex Foster Twilight Invite (April 7)…Finished eighth in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:41.57 and took 20th in the javelin throw with a personal-best distance of 26.97 meters (88’ 6”) at the UW-Platteville Opener (April 1).

2023 Indoor: Took 19th in the heptathlon with a score of 2628, including personal-best times in the 60-meter dash and the 60-meter hurdles with respective times of 7.83 and 10.13 at the WIAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 24-25)…Earned a personal-best time of 2:26.47 in the 800-meter run to place 33rd at the Midwest ELITE Invitational (Feb. 11)…Finished sixth in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:42.18 and eighth in the high jump with a height of 1.52-meters (4’ 11.75”) at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 4)…Placed 10th in the heptathlon with a personal-best score of 2930, including personal-best finishes in the high jump with a height of 1.59-meters (5’ 2.5”) and 1000-meter run with a time of 3:09.68 at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational (Jan. 27-28).
