2023 Outdoor: Took 22nd in the 10000-meter run with a time of 42:22.59 at the WIAC Outdoor Championships (May 5-6)…Finished 52nd in the 10000-meter run clocking a time of 42:15.42 at the Phil Esten Challenge (April 21-22)…Placed 18th in the 1500-meter run with a time of 5:23.61 at the Rex Foster Twilight Invite (April 7).

2023 Indoor: Finished 27th in the 5000-meter run with a time of 19:41.39 at the Midwest ELITE Invitational (Feb. 11)…Took 10th in the 3000-meter run with a time of 11:13.06 at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational (Jan. 27-28)…Placed 24th in the mile run with a time of 5:46.32 at the WIAC Tri (Jan. 21).

2022 Outdoor: Placed 17th in the 1500-meter run with a time of 5:25.13 at the UW Platteville Opener (Apr. 2)…Clocked a personal-best time of 40:02.96 in the 10,000-meter run to finish 15th at the WIAC Championship (May 6-7).

2022 Indoor: Finished in fifth place in the mile with a career-best time of 5:37.06 at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 5)…Clocked a personal-best time in the 3000-meter run of 10:57.15 to finish 19th at the WIAC Championship (Feb. 25-26)…Ran a career-best time of 19:06.68 to finish 15th at the WIAC Championship (Feb. 25-26).

2021 Outdoor: Clocked a career-best time of 5:14.48 in the 1500-meter race finishing in ninth place at the Carroll Alumni Invitational (March 27)…Recorded a career-best time of 40:30.05 in the 10,000-meter race at the WIAC Outdoor Championship finishing 12th (May 7-8).

2021 Indoor: Finished in fifth place in the 3000-meter race with a career-best time of 11:20.69 at the Point-Platteville Dual #2 (Feb. 20)…Placed fifth in the 5000-meter run with a personal-best time of 20:00.52 at the Point-Lax Dual (Feb. 27).

High School: Seven-time letterwinner, three in track, two in cross country and two in swimming…First-team all-conference in cross country junior and senior seasons…Led track team to regional title as a freshman…Ran a PR at sectional cross country meet to qualify for state senior year.
 
Personal: Forestry major with a minor in German…Parents Alyssa and Bill…Siblings Audrey and Will…Was an exchange student in Germany for four weeks in summer 2019.
