2023 Indoor: Finished 24th in the mile run with a time of 5:53.37 at the UW-Oshkosh “Titan Challenge” (Feb. 18)…Placed 32nd in the 5000-meter run with a time of 20:14.18 at the Midwest ELITE Invitational (Feb. 11)…Took 11th in the mile run with a time of 5:55.56 at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 4).

2022 Outdoor: Finished 18th place in the 10,000-meter run with a personal-best time of 40:41.74 at the WIAC Championships (May 6-7)…Clocked a career-best time of 5:20.53 in the 1500-meter run to finish 20th at the Rex Foster Twilight (Apr. 10)…Ran a personal-best time of 19:47.62 in the UW-Platteville Invitational (Apr. 15).

2022 Indoor: Clocked a personal-best time of 11:38.03 in the 3000-meter run to finish 15th at the Midwest ELITE Invitational (Feb. 12)…Recorded a career-best time of 5:47.89 in the mile to finish 21st at the UWO Titan Challenge (Feb. 19)…Finished 12th place in the mile with a time of 5:54.62 at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 5).
