2019 Outdoor: Earned a seventh-place finish in the 800-meter run with a season-best time of 1:54.71…Ran a 3:27.25 in the 4x400 meter relay earning an either-place finish at the UW-Platteville Invitational (Apr. 12)…Ran a season-best time in the 400-meter run with a time of 51.19 at the Augustana Meet of Champions (Apr. 20-21).
 
219 Indoor: Earned a third-place finish in the distance medley relay with a time of 10:24.39 at the Pointer Final Qualifier (Mar. 2)…Won the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:31.20 at the WIAC Tri (Jan. 19).

2018 Outdoor: Finished in fifth place in a time of 1:59.95 in the 800-meter run at the Wheaton Invitational (April 7)…Part of a fifth-place finish team in the 4x800-meter relay that ran a time of 7:42.93 at the Drake Relays (April 25-28)…Finished in 18th with a time of 51.19 in the 400-meter dash at the Augustana Meet of Champions (April 20).

2018 Indoor: Earned a season-best time of 1:56.54 for a fifth-place-finish in the 800-meter run at the Midwest ELITE Invitational (Feb. 10)...Earned a sixth-place finish in the mile with a time of 4:29.43 at the Pointer Invitational (Feb. 3).  

2017 Indoor: Clocked in a time of 2:01.51, for a 15th-place finish, in the 800-meter run at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invite and Multi (Jan. 27-28).
 
2017 Outdoor: Ran a time of 1:55.56 for an eighth-place finish in the 800-meter run at the WIAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 5-6).

High School: High school cross country team won state junior and senior year and took second sophomore…Won six varsity letters.
