2018 Outdoor: Finished in eighth place with a score of 5,645 in the decathlon at the WIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (May 4-5), best events in the 1,500-meter run (3rd) and high jump (5th)…Cleared the bar at a height of 3.25 meters (10’ 8”) for a sixth-place finish in the pole vault at the St. Norbert Quadrangular (April 28)…Finished in 15th with a leap of 6.22 meters (20’ 5”)…Earned the runner-up position with a time of 3:33.09 as a team in the 4x400-meter relay at the Wheaton Invitational (April 7).
2018 Indoor: Finished with a score of 3,885 for an eighth-place finish in the heptathlon at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational (Jan. 26-27), best events in the long jump (4th), 1,000-meter run (5th) and the high jump (7th)…Finished in 32nd with a time of 24.34 in the 200-meter dash at the Midwest Elite Invitational (Feb. 10)…Cleared the bar at a height of 3.11 meters (10’ 2.5”0 for a 10th-place finish at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 17).
2017 Outdoor: Placed eighth in the decathlon at the Augustana Meet of Champions (April 21-22) finishing with a total score of 5,601, best event was the 400-meter dash…Cleared a height of 3.12 meters (10’ 2.75”) in the pole vault in the UW-Platteville Invitational (April 13-14)…Participated in the 4x100-meter relay team that finished in second place with a time of 42.95 at the Ashton May Invitational (April 8).
2017 Indoor Personal Records: Finished seventh with a time of 7.53 in the 60-meter dash, ran for a time of 2:15:41 in the 800-meter run at the WIAC Tri on January 21…Achieved a fourth-place finish with a time of 9.21 in the heptathlon 60-meter hurdles, finished second in the heptathlon long jump with a distance of 6.23 meters and totaling a score of 4153 in the heptathlon at the Leonard Squig Converse Invitational & Multi-Event on January 27…Went for a distance of 3.18 meters in pole vault placing seventh at the Pointer Alumni Open on January 14
2016 Outdoor Personal Records: Finished ninth with a time of 11.94 in the 100-meter decathlon and received a fifth-place finish with a time of 52.63 in the 400-meter decathlon at the WIAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships on May 6…Finished sixth with a time of 4:47:36 in the 1500-meter run, finished tenth with a time of 18.20 in the decathlon 110-meter hurdles, threw for a distance of 28.69 meter in discus for a seventh-place finish, acquired a distance of 33.78 meters in the javelin decathlon and a decathlon point total of 5067 at the Augustana College Meet of Champions on April 22…Went for a distance of 1.75 meters finishing third in the high jump at the St. Norbert Invite on April 30…
2016 Indoor Personal Records: Received a time of 24.33 in the 200-meter dash at The Quad Meet on February 13…Acquired a first-place finish in the heptathlon 1000-meter run with a time of 2:49:10 at the WIAC Indoor Track & Field Championships…Ran for a time of 9.56 in the 55-meter hurdles at the UWEC Triangular on January 23
