2020 Indoor: Awarded All-American honors in the 4x400-meter relay for qualifying for the NCAA Championships before the event was cancelled…Won the 400-meter dash in a time of 50.80 at the WIAC Tri (Jan. 25)…Placed second at the WIAC Championships (Feb. 28-29) in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:20.54.
 
2019 Outdoor: Earned a third-place finish in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:13.00 at the NCAA Final Qualifier at UW-La Crosse (May 16).
 
2019 Indoor: All-American honors in the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:19.79 earning seventh at the NCAA Division III Track and Field Championships (Mar. 8-9)…Placed first in the 300-meter run with a season-best time of 36.47 at the Pointer Alumni Open (Jan. 13)…Earned a first-place finish in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:19.27 and a 12th place finish in the 400-meter run with a season-best time of 50.60 at the WIAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 22-23).
 
2018 Outdoor: Had a season-best time of 50.63 for a 12th-place finish in the 400-meter dash at the Augustana Meet of Champions (April 21).
 
2018 Indoor:  Finished fourth with a time of 51.47 in the 400-meter dash at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 17).
