2024 Outdoor: Took seventh in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 4:26.10 and 12th in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:36.01 at the UW-La Crosse Eagle Open (May 10)…Placed sixth in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:40.09 at the St. Norbert Invitational (Apr. 27)…Finished 14th in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:37.01 at the Viking Twilight (Apr. 19)…Recorded a personal-best time of 5:41.69 in the 1500-meter run at the Rex Foster Twilight (Apr. 5).

2024 Indoor: Logged a personal-best time in the mile, 6:04.20, to place 13th at the Big Dawg Invite (Feb. 3)…Took 19th in the 800-meter run with a personal-best time of 2:35.99 at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational (Jan. 26-27)…Earned a personal-best time of 1:56.22 in the 600-meter run at the Pointer Alumni (Jan. 13).
