2022 Outdoor: Finished in fifth place in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 13:37.50 at the UW-Platteville Opener (Apr. 2)…Clocked a personal-best time of 5:33.70 in the 1500-meter run to finish 20th at the Augustana College Twilight Qualifier (May 19)…Placed eighth in the 1500-meter run with a time of 5:34.70 at the St. Norbert Quad (Apr. 30)…Ran a career-best time of 13:13.25 in the 3000-meter steeplechase to finish 16th at the WIAC Championship (May 6-7).
2022 Indoor: Ran a personal-best time of 2:42.36 in the 800-meter run to finish 31st at the Midwest ELITE Invitational (Feb. 12)…Clocked a career-best time of 5:54.63 in the mile to finish 24th at the UWO Titan Challenge (Feb. 19).

2021 Outdoor: Clocked a personal-best time of 13:54.42 in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the WIAC Outdoor Championships finishing 18th (May 7-8)…Recorded a career-best time of 5:39.85 in the 1500-meter race at the UWL Eagle Open finishing 15th (May 14).

2021 Indoor: Placed 10th in the 5000-meter race with a career-best time of 22:17.18 at the Point-Platteville Dual #1 (Feb. 13)…Finished in eighth place in the mile with a personal best time of 5:57.01 at the Point-Platteville Dual #2 (Feb. 20)…Was a part of the 4x400-meter relay relay team that finished fourth with a time of 4:38.36 at the Point-Eau Claire Dual (Feb. 6).

High School: Eight-time letterwinner, four each in cross country and track…Helped team to 2018 and 2019 North Suburban Conference Championships…Led team to 2018 regional title.
