2023 Outdoor: Took a second-place finish in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a personal-best time of 10:25.66 at the St. Norbert Invitational (April 29)…Finished fourth in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:34.14 at the 2023 Green Knight Viking Dual (April 21)…Earned a personal-best time in the 1500-meter run with a time of 4:32.18 to place 25th at the UW-Platteville Invitational (April 14)…Took 11th in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:47.06 at the Rex Foster Twilight Invite (April 7).

2023 Indoor: Took 34th in the 300-meter run with a personal-best time of 9:39.69 at the UW-Oshkosh “Titan Challenge” (Feb. 18)…Ran to a personal-best time of 4:54.16 in the mile run at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 4)…Finished 45th in the mile run with a time of 5:02.72 at the WIAC Tri (Jan. 21).

High School: Lettered in track and cross country…All-state in the 4x8 relay…All-region for cross country…Sectional champions in the 4x8 relay.
