2021 Outdoor: Placed second in the 10,000-meter race with a time of 37:31.15 and placed third in the 5000-meter race with a time of 18:23.61 at the WIAC Outdoor Championships (May 7-8)…Won the 5000-meter run with a time of 18:55.03 at the UW-Platteville Invitational (April 10)…Recorded a season-best time of 5:08.62 in the 1500-meter race, good for a seventh-place finish at the Rex Foster Twilight (April 2).

2021 Indoor: Finished in second place in the 5000-meter race with a personal-best time of 19:40.66 at the Point-Lax Dual (Feb. 27)…Posted a season-best time of 11:08.27 in the 3000-meter run at the Point-Platteville Dual #2 (Feb. 20).

2020 Indoor: Helped the distance medley relay team take third at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 8) with a time of 13:40.33…Posted a season-best time of 20:05.12 in the 5000-meter run to place 19th at the WIAC Championships (Feb. 28-29)…Clocked a time of 11:21.54 in the 3000-meter run at the UW-Oshkosh Titan Challenge (Feb. 22), good for 18th.
 
2019 Outdoor: Finished seventh in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:32.81 at the St. Norbert College Invite (March 30)… Earned a 13th-place finish in the 10,000-meter run with a time of 38.41.24 at the Phil Esten Challenge (April 18)… Locked in a time of 5:00.69 in the 1500-meter run, good for a 17th-place finish at the Ashton May Invite (April 6).
 
2019 Indoor: Finished ninth place in the mile run with a time of 5:29.59 at the Pointer Final Qualifier (March 2)…Took 16th-place in the 3000-meter run with a time of 10:43.69 at the WIAC Indoor Championship (Feb. 22).

High School: Three-time all-conference selection in cross country…Four-time all-conference selection in track...Cross country state qualifier.
