2024 Outdoor: Placed 17th in the 10,000-meter run with a personal-best time of 31:31.04 at the WIAC Outdoor Championships (May 3-4)…Earned a personal-best time of 15:10.40 in the 5000-meter run at the UW-Platteville Invitational (Apr. 12-13)…Finished 20th in the 1500-meter run with a personal-best time of 4:08.66 at the Rex Foster Twilight (Apr. 5).

2024 Indoor: Took 21st in the 5000-meter run with a time of 15:13.56 at the WIAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 23-24)…Raced to a personal-best time of 9:00.75 in the 3000-meter run at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational (Jan. 26-27)…Placed 19th in the mile with a personal-best time of 4:33.86 at the UWEC/UWP/UWSP Triangular (Jan. 20).

High School: Six-time letterwinner in cross country and track & field… Holds school record in outdoor 3200-meter (9:17.47).
