2024 Indoor: Raced to a personal-best time of 9:08.11 in the 3000-meter run to finish 25th at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational (Jan. 26-27)…Placed fifth in the 3000-meter run with a time of 9:17.03 at the Pointer Alumni (Jan. 13).
2023 Outdoor: Took 22nd in the 10000-meter run with a time of 32:41.24 at the WIAC Outdoor Championships (May 5-6)…Placed 25th in the 10000-meter run with a personal-best time of 31:25.51 at the Phil Esten Challenge (April 21-22)…Earned a personal-best mark of 15:20.60 in the 5000-meter run at the UW-Platteville Invitational (April 14)…Finished 12th in the 1500-meter run with a personal-best time of 4:06.85 at the Rex Foster Twilight Invite (April 7).
