2024 Outdoor: Took seventh in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 4:26.10 and 16th in the 800-meter run and javelin throw with marks of 2:58.04 and 24.98 meters (81’ 11”), respectively, at the UW-La Crosse Eagle Open (May 10)…Finished fourth in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:58.01, 21st in the javelin throw with a mark of 23.78 meters (78’ 0”) and recorded a personal-best time of 1:00.54 in the 400-meter run at the WIAC Outdoor Championships (May 3-4)…Logged a personal-best throw of 30.54 meters (100’ 2”) in the javelin throw to place fifth and finished fourth in the 400-meter run with a time of 1:01.69 at the St. Norbert Invitational (Apr. 27).

2024 Indoor: Placed sixth in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:57.32 at the UWL Final Qualifier (Mar. 2)…Finished third in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:59.48 and fifth in the distance medley relay with a time of 12:52.58 at the WIAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 23-24)…Recorded a personal-best time of 2:26.99 in the 800-meter run to finish fifth at the Big Dawg Invite (Feb. 3)…Took second in the 400-meter run with a time of 1:03.11 at the UWEC/UWP/UWSP Triangular (Jan. 20)…Posted a personal-best time of 1:49.52 in the 600-meter run to take sixth-place at the Pointer Alumni (Jan. 13).

2023 Outdoor: Earned a personal-best throw of 21.79 meters (71’ 6”) in the javelin throw at the Eagle Open (May 12)…Ran to personal-best finishes in the 100-meter and 200-meter dash with respective time of 14.05 and 28.88 at the 2023 Green Knight Viking Dual (April 21)…Placed 13th in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:53.95 at the Rex Foster Twilight Invite (April 7)…Took 11th in the 400-meter dash with a time of 1:06.70 at the UW-Platteville Opener (April 1).

2023 Indoor: Logged a personal-best finish in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:28.19 at the WIAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 24-25)…Took 14th in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:28.83 at the UW-Oshkosh “Titan Challenge” (Feb. 18)…Ran a leg in the 4x400-meter relay which placed second with a time of 4:18.94 and took second in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:32.53 at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 4)…Registered a personal-best time of 1:05.05 in the 400-meter dash at the WIAC Tri (Jan. 21).
