2023 Outdoor: Logged a personal-best distance in the hammer throw with a throw of 46.62 meters (152’ 11”) to place 16th at the Eagle Open (May 12)…Took 18th in the hammer throw with a throw of 45.55 meters (149’ 5”) at the WIAC Outdoor Championships (May 5-6)…Finished fifth in the hammer throw with a throw of 43.62 meters (143’ 1”) and sixth in the shot put with a distance of 12.14 meters (39’ 10”) at the St. Norbert Invitational (April 29)…Placed 15th in the hammer throw with a throw of 42.37 meters (139’ 0”) at the Phil Esten Challenge (April 21-22)…Won the shot put with a throw of 12.15 meters (39’ 10.5”) and took third in the hammer throw with a distance of 43.57 meters (142’ 11”) at the 2023 Green Knight Viking Dual (April 21)…Took 10th in both the shot put and hammer throw with respective distances of 11.51 meters (37’ 9.25”) and 41.56 meters (136’ 4”) at the Rex Foster Twilight Invite (April 7)…Placed 11th in the hammer throw with a distance of 40.61 meters (133’ 3”) and 14th in the discus throw with a heave of 34.21 meters (112’ 3”) at the UW-Platteville Opener (April 1).

2023 Indoor: Took 24th in the weight throw with a distance of 13.59 meters (44’ 7”) and earned a personal-best throw of 12.67 meters (41’ 7”) in the shot put to place 21st at the WIAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 24-25)…Logged a personal-best finish in the weight throw with a distance of 14.62 meters (47’ 11.75”) to place 18th at the UW-Oshkosh “Titan Challenge” (Feb. 18)…Placed 23rd in both the shot put and weight throw with respective throws of 12.65 meters (41’ 6”) and 13.94 meters (45’ 9”) at the Midwest ELITE Invitational (Feb. 11)…Finished ninth in the weight throw with a time of 13.22 meters with a distance of 13.22 meters (43’ 4.5”) and 13th in the shot put with a time of 10.93 meters (35’ 10.5”) at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 4)…Took 11th in the shot put with a time of 11.99 meters (39’ 4”) and 15th in the weight throw with a distance of 13.71 meters (44’ 11.75”) at the Leonard “Squig“ Converse Invitational (Jan. 27-28)…Took ninth in the weight throw with a throw of 13.22 meters (43’ 4.5”) at the WIAC Tri (Jan. 21).

2022 Outdoor: Had a personal-best discus throw of 34.87 meters (114’ 5”) to finish 18th at the Rex Foster Twilight (Apr. 10)…Recorded a career-best hammer throw with a distance of 43.31 meters (142’ 1”) to finish 18th at the WIAC Championship (May 6-7)…Finished in ninth place in the shot put with a distance of 11.84 meters (38’ 10.25”) at the St. Norbert Quad (Apr. 30).

2022 Indoor: Recorded a career-best weight throw of 14.35 meters (47’ 1”) to finish in seventh place at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 5)…Finished in ninth place in the shot put with a distance of 11.39 (37’ 4.5”) meters at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 5)…Placed 10th in both the shot put with a throw of 11.20 meters (36’ 9”) and in the weight throw with a toss of 12.91 meters (42’ 4.25”) at the WIAC Tri (Jan. 22).

2021 Outdoor: Recorded a personal-best hammer throw with a distance of 40.80 meters (133’ 10”) at the Point/Oshkosh Throws and Jumps Dual (April 29)…Had a personal-best discus throw of 34.19 meters (112’ 2”) at the Warhawk Invitational and Multi (April 16-17).  

2021 Indoor: Had a personal-best weight throw distance of 13.56 meters (44’ 6”) finishing fifth at the Point-Eau Claire Dual (Feb. 6)…Recorded a season-best distance of 12.47 meters (41’ 3”) in the shot put finishing eighth at the Point-Lax Dual (Feb. 27).  

2020 Indoor: Competed in the shot put and weight throw at six meets…Posted a season-best distance in the shot put at the WIAC Tri (Jan. 25) with a distance of 12.58 meters (41’ 3.25”)…Recorded a season-best distance of 12.86 meters (42’ 2.25”) in the weight throw at the Midwest Elite Invitational (Feb. 15).

High School: First-team all-conference shot put…2017, 2018, 2019 team track and field conference championship.

Personal: Business management major…Master’s in Business Administration student .. Parents Tina and Rick…Sister Lydia also competed on the UWSP track and field team.
