2023 Outdoor: Took 16th in a personal-best finish in the decathlon, including personal-best finishes in the 110-meter hurdles, 400-meter dash, discus throw and high jump with respective marks of 16.70 (1.3), 52.44, 26.23 meters (86’ 1”) and 1.69 meters (5’ 6.5”) at the WIAC Outdoor Championships (May 5-6)…Finished 17th in the decathlon with a score of 5009, including personal-best finishes in the 1500-meter run and javelin throw with respective marks of 5:24.23 and 42.13 meters (138’ 3”) at the Phil Esten Challenge (April 21-22)…Placed 21st in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:43.61 at the UW-Platteville Invitational (April 14)…Took eighth in the long jump with a distance of 5.98 meters (19’ 7.5”) and 26th in the discus throw with a throw of 23.82 meters (78’ 2”) at the Rex Foster Twilight Invite (April 7)…Finished eighth in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:41.57 at the UW-Platteville Opener (April 1).

2023 Indoor: Earned a personal-best score of 4014 in the heptathlon, including personal-best finishes in the 60-meter dash, shot put and 1000-meter run with respective marks of 7.48, 10.07 meters (33’ 0.5”) and 3:01.24 to place 13th at the WIAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 24-25)…Logged a 22nd-place finish in the long jump with a distance of 6.11 meters (20’ 0.5”) at the UW-Oshkosh “Titan Challenge” (Feb. 18)…Finished sixth in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:42.18 and 11th in the long jump with a distance of 5.65 meters (18’ 6.5”) at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 4)…Took eighth in the heptathlon with  a score of 3745, including a third-place finish in the 60-meter hurdles with a time of 9.06 at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational (Jan. 27-28).
