2018 Outdoor: Participated in the 4x400-meter relay team that won the WIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (May 4-5) in a time of 3:57.73…Won the 200-meter dash in a time of 25.99 at the Wheaton Invitational (April 7).
2018 Indoor: Participated at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships in the 200-meter dash with a time of 25.48, which broke the school record, which was good for a second-place finish in the 200-meter dash at the WIAC Indoor Track and Field Championships (Feb. 22-23)…Participated in the 4x400-meter relay at the Big Dawg Invitational that won with a time of 4:00.48.
2017 Outdoor: Won the 200-meter dash with a time of 25.91 at the Carroll Pioneer Invitational (April 1)…Earned a seventh-place finish with a time of 59.89 in the 400-meter dash at the Dr. Keeler Track & Field Invitational (May 11-12).
2017 Indoor: All-American accolade in the 4x400-meter relay at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships (March 10-11) with a time of 3:53.74, good for eighth-place…Finished the 200-meter dash with a time of 25.86, finishing in third, at the WIAC Quadrangular (Feb. 11)…Ran a time of 58.10 in the 400-meter dash, good for sixth place, at the WIAC Indoor Track and Field Championships (Feb. 24-25).
2016 Outdoor: National All-American recipient for an eighth-place finish in the 4x400-meter relay…Finished sixth with a time of 1:11.73 in the 400-meter hurdles at the St. Norbert Invite on April 30
2016 Indoor: National Qualifier for the 4x400-meter relay finishing eleventh…Acquired a third-place finish in the 400-meter run with a time of 58.06 at the WIAC Indoor Track & Field Championships on February 26…Finished second with a time of 9.70 in the 60-meter hurdles at the Pointer Open on January 16.
