2023 Indoor: Placed 34th in the 5000-meter run with a time of 15:50.10 at the Midwest ELITE Invitational (Feb. 11)…Finished fifth with a time of 16:26.12 in the 5000-meter run at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational (Jan. 27-28)…Registered a personal-best time of 4:43.52 in the mile run at the WIAC Tri (Jan. 21).

2022 Outdoor: Did not compete

2022 Indoor: Clocked a personal-best time of 4:44.69 in the mile to finish 28th at the WIAC Tri (Jan. 22)…Ran a personal-best time of 16:11.41 in the Midwest ELITE Invitational (Feb. 12) in the 5000-meter run to finish 45th…Recorded a career-best time of 9:19.34 in the 3000-meter run to finish 28th at the UWO Titan Challenge (Feb. 19).

2021 Outdoor: Placed eighth in the 3000-meter steeplechase with a time of 10:44.92 at the UW-Platteville Border Battle (April 30)…Clocked a time of 16:51.91 in the 5000-meter run at the UW-Platteville Invitational (April 10).

2021 Indoor: Finished in seventh place in the 5000-meter run with a time of 16:39.17 at the Point-Lax Dual (Feb. 27)…Took fifth place in the 3000-meter run with a time of 9:37.47 at the Point-Eau Claire Dual (Feb. 6)…Clocked a personal-best time of 16:40.41 in the mile at the Point-Platteville Dual #2, finishing 13th (Feb. 20).  

High School: Eight-time letterwinner, four each in cross country and track…Second-team all-conference all four years…Led track and cross country teams to conference titles in 2017…Won the Badger Challenge as a sophomore.
