2022 Indoor: Ran a personal-best time of 11:11.59 in the 3000-meter run to finish ninth at the Midwest ELITE Invitational (Feb. 12)…Finished in eighth place in the mile with a personal-best time of 5:30.29 at the UWO Titan Challenge (Feb. 19)…Was a part of the distance medley relay team that placed seventh with a time of 12:56.22 at the WIAC Championships (Feb. 25-26).
2021 Outdoor: Clocked a career-best time of 12:08.95 in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the WIAC Outdoor Championship finishing in 11th place (May 7-8)…Recorded a personal-best time 5:11.63 in the 1500-meter race at the UWL Eagle Open finishing 12th place (May 14)…Was on the 4x400-meter relay team that won with a time of 4:18.37 at the Carroll Alumni Invitational (March 27).
