2021 Outdoor: Was on the 4x400 team that finished in third place at the WIAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 3:16.33 (May 7-8)…Clocked a personal-best time of 2:06.54 in the 800-meter race at the Carroll Alumni Invitational finishing 11th (March 27)…Finished in seventh place in the 400-meter race with a time of 51.06 at the UW-Platteville Invitational (April 10).
2021 Indoor: Was named to the USTFCCCA All-Region Indoor Team…Was on the 4x400 team that finished second at the Point-Lax Dual with a time 3:26.44 (Feb. 27)…Was on the team that finished in second place in the distance medley relay with a time of 10:28.93 at the WIAC Last Chance Meet (March 6).
2020 Indoor: Awarded an All-American honor in the 4x400-meter relay for qualifying for the NCAA Championships before event was canceled…Finished runner-up in the 4x400-meter relay at the WIAC Championships (Feb. 28-29) with a time of 3:20.54…Ran a season-best time of 50.13 in the 400-meter dash at the WIAC Championships (Feb. 28-29)…Placed sixth in the 200-meter dash at the Big Dawg Invite (Feb. 8).
2019 Outdoor: Earned a top-10 finish of seventh with a time of 3:23.27 in the 4x400-meter relay and a 13th place finish in the 400-meter sprint with a time of 51.28 at the NCAA Final Qualifier at UW-La Crosse (May 16)…Got seventh place in the 800-meter run with a career-best time of 2:08.59 at the St. Norbert Quad (Apr. 26-27).
2019 Indoor: All-American honors in the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 3:19.78 earning seventh at the NCAA Division III Track and Field Championships (Mar. 8-9)…Got ninth place in the 400-meter sprint with a time of 50.36 at the WIAC Indoor Championships (Feb.23).
2018 Outdoor: Won the 400-meter dash in a time of 49.24 at the Wheaton Invitational (April 7)…Finished in eighth-place with a time of 22.50 in the 200-meter dash at the Augustana Meet of Champions Invite (April 21)…Earned a top-10 finish of sixth with a time of 10:05.36 in the distance medley relay team at the Drake Relays (April 25-28)…Finished in second place with the 4x400-meter relay team with a time of 3:14.76 at the WIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (May 4-5).
