2021 Outdoor: Clocked a time of 17:00.01 in the 5000-meter run at the UW-Platteville Invitational (April 10).

2021 Indoor: Finished in seventh place in the 5000-meter race with a time of 16:38.45 at the Point-Platteville Dual #1 (Feb. 13)…Took 10th place in the 3000-meter run with a time of 9:43.50 at the Point-Platteville Dual #2 (Feb. 20).

2020 Indoor: Ran the mile in a time of 4:58.04 at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 8)…Clocked a season-best time of 9:59.24 in the 3000-meter run at the Pointer Final Qualifier (Mar. 7).
 
High School: Honorable mention as a freshman…First-team all-conference as a sophomore and second-team all-conference as a junior.
