2022 Outdoor: Recorded a season-best time of 4:20.62 in the 1500-meter run to finish 20th place at the UW-Platteville Invitational (Apr. 15).

2022 Indoor: Clocked a career-best time of 4:33.27 in the mile to finish 19th at the UWO Titan Challenge (Feb. 19)…Ran a leg in the distance medley relay that finished in second place with a time of 10:48.47 at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 5).

2021 Outdoor: Finished in ninth place in the 1500-meter race with a time of 4:14.46 at the UW-Platteville Border Battle (April 30)…Clocked a career-best time of 2:01.54 in the 800-meter run, finishing 12th place at the Warhawk Invitational and Multi (April 16-17).

2021 Indoor: Clocked a 2:07.10 in the 800-meter race, finishing in 14th place at the Point-Platteville Dual #1 (Feb. 13)…Ran a personal best 4:46.30 mile at the Point-Platteville Dual #2, good for an 11th place finish (Feb. 20).

High School: Eight-time letterwinner, four each in cross country and track …Second-team all-conference sophomore year and honorable mention selection freshman and junior seasons…Three-time all-city recipient…Qualified for state three times as a member of the 4x800-meter relay team… Holds sophomore record for 5k (16:30)…Two-time academic all-conference recipient in cross country and track.
