2024 Outdoor: Won the 400-hurdles with a personal-best time of 57.40 at the Rex Foster Twilight (Apr. 5).
2024 Indoor: Finished fifth in the 400-meter run with a time of 52.45 at the Ripon Final Qualifier and Multi (Mar. 1-2)…Posted a personal-best time of 52.20 in the 400-meter run at the Titan Challenge (Feb. 17)…Placed fifth in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:37.43 and recorded a personal-best time of 24.56 in the 200-meter run at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational (Jan. 26-27)…Earned a personal-best time of 38.48 in the 300-meter run at the Pointer Alumni (Jan. 13).
