    Associate Head Track and Field/Cross Country Coach
Schade in in her third year as the associate head track and field/cross country coach at UWSP in the 2020-21 season.

She came to UWSP from Denison University in Ohio, where she was an assistant coach for jumps and hurdles for the one season.  During her tenure at Denison, she coached two school record holders, nine all-conference honorees, two conference champions, three all-region selections and an NCAA DIII qualifier.
 
Prior to arriving at Denison, Schade spent a season at the University of Texas-Arlington where she guided conference champions in the 110-meter hurdles and the triple jump along with six all-conference athletes.  In 2016, she was at Florida International coaching an All-American, two NCAA East Preliminary qualifiers and several all-conference athletes. 
 
As a student-athlete, Schade was a eight-time All-American high jumper at the University of Alabama.  She placed second in the 2012 indoor high jump, one of four indoor All-American honors.  She was named the 2010 SEC Indoor Freshman Field Athlete of the Year.  In 2012, she tied the SEC Indoor record with a conference-title-winning height of 1.87 meters (6’ 2”).  Schade participated in the 2009 Pan American Junior Championship and the 2012 Olympic trials.
