2019 Outdoor: Ran a season-best time of 10:17.60 in the 3000-meter run at the Augustana Meet of Champions (Apr. 20-21)…Ran a season-best time of 4:33.71 in the 1500-meter run at the UW-Platteville Invitational (Apr. 12).
 
2019 Indoor: Earned a sixth-place finish in the mile with a time of 4:53.85 at the Pointer Invitational (Feb. 2).

2018 Outdoor: Earned an eigth-place finish with a time of 10:20.86 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the UW-Whitewater Drake Alternative (April 28).  

2018 Indoor: Finished with a time of 5:00.76 for an 11th-place finish at the Big Dawg Invitational (Feb. 17)...Earned a 12th-place finish with a time of 9:53.05 in the 3,000-meter run in a tri-dual meet with UW-Eau Claire and Platteville...Part of a distance medley relay team that won with a time of 11:19.61 at the Pointer Invitational (Feb. 3).  

2017 Outdoor: Ran a time of 10:38.85 in the 3000-meter steeplechase, clinching a ninth-place finish at the UW-Whitewater Drake Alternative Meet (April 29). 
 
2017 Indoor: Ran a time of 9:47.02, for a 16th-place finish, in the 3000-meter run at the UW-Oshkosh Quadrangular (Feb. 11)…Ran a time of 4:58.93 in the mile for 33rd at the Pointer Final Qualifier (March 4).

High School: Graduated in 2016 from WIAA Division I Madison West High School where he participated in cross country, hockey, and track & field…Was a State Tournament champion for Cross Country in 2014
