2023 Outdoor: Ran a leg in the 4x400-meter relay unit that placed first with a time of 3:33.13 and took seventh in the 400-meter dash with a time of 53.71 at the St. Norbert Invitational (April 29)…Took seventh in the 200-meter dash with a personal-best time of 24.03 at the 2023 Green Knight Viking Dual (April 21)…Finished 23rd in the 400-meter dash with a personal-best time of 53.49 at the Rex Foster Twilight (April 7)…Placed 11th in the 400-meter dash with a time of 54.46 at the UW-Platteville Opener (April 1).

2023 Indoor: Took eighth in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:34.64 and 36th in the 400-meter dash with a time of 55.32 at the Midwest ELITE Invitational (Feb. 11)…Placed 12th in the 400-meter dash with a time of 54.27 at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational (Jan. 27-28).
