2023 Outdoor: Registered a personal-best time of 1:50.92 in the 800-meter run to place sixth at the Augustana College Midwest Twilight Qualifier (May 18)…Won the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:18.03 and took sixth in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:53.18 at the St. Francis Fighting Chance Invite (May 12-13)…Finished third in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:52.57 and sixth in the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:19.91 at the WIAC Outdoor Championships (May 5-6)…Earned two first-place finishes in the 800-meter run and the 4x400-meter relay with respective times of 1:55.36 and 3:22.86 at the Phil Esten Challenge (April 21-22)…Won the 800-meter run with a time of 1:56.27 at the Rex Foster Twilight Invite (April 7)…Placed third in the 1500-meter run with a personal-best time of 4:01.03 at the UW-Platteville Opener (April 1).
2023 Indoor: Finished second in the DMR with a time of 10:10.49 and 18th in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:59.35 at the WIAC Indoor Championships (Feb. 24-25)…Took third in the 4x400-meter relay clocking a time of 3:24.11 and seventh in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:55.90 at the Midwest ELITE Invitational (Feb. 11)…Won the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:26.45 and placed second in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:56.45 at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational (Jan. 27-28)…Won the 4x400-meter relay with a time of 3:30.31 and logged a third-place finish in the 400-meter dash with a personal-best time of 50.94 at the WIAC Tri (Jan. 21).
2022 Outdoor: Finished eighth place in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:54.81 at the Wartburg Qualifier (Mar. 4-5)…Clocked a time of 4:18.78 in the 1500-meter run to finish 15th at the Rex Foster Twilight (Apr. 10).
2022 Indoor: Topped the 800-meter run with a time of 1:54.98 at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational (Jan. 28-29)…Finished in second place in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:55.68 at the WIAC Championship (Feb. 25-28)…Placed sixth in the 400-meter run at the Big Dawg Invitational with a time of 51.34 (Feb. 5).
2021 Outdoor: Won the 800-meter run at the WIAC Outdoor Championship with a time of 1:55.83 (May 7-8)…Clocked a personal-best 800-meter time of 1:52.80 at the UW-Whitewater Drake Alternative, good for a first-place finish (April 23-24)…Was a part of the winning 4x400-meter relay team at the Warhawk Invitational and Multi that clocked a time of 3:20.36 (April 16-17)…Took fourth place in the 400-meter run with a time of 51.08 at the Warhawk Invitational and Multi (April 16-17)…Finished in sixth place in the 1500-meter race at the UW-Platteville Invitational with a time of 4:06.86 (April 10).
2021 Indoor: Was named to the USTFCCCA All-Region Indoor Team…Won the mile at the Point-Platteville Dual #2 with a personal best time of 4:25.48 (Feb. 20)…Placed second in the 800-meter run with a personal best time of 1:55.56 at the WIAC Last Chance Meet (March 6)…Won the 800-meter races at the Point-Lax Dual (Feb. 27) and the Point-Platteville Dual #1 (Feb. 13) with times of 1:57.76 and 1:57.67, respectively…Was a part of the 4x400-meter relay team that won with a time of 3:38.58 at the Point Platteville Dual #1 (Feb. 13).
High School: Eight-time letterwinner…All-conference selection sophomore and junior seasons…Second-team all-state senior year…First-team all-Madison area as a senior…Led team to state titles in 2017 and 2019.
