2021 Outdoor: Won the discus with a throw of 44.75 meters (146' 10") at the Warhawk Invitational and Multi (April 16-17) ... Had a personal best hammer throw at the WIAC Outdoor Championships with a throw of 56.75 meters (186' 2") (May 7-8) ... Placed 12th at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Championsip in the hammer throw with a toss of 52.16 meters (171' 1")

2021 Indoor: Finished first in the weight throw at the Point-Eau Claire Dual (Feb. 6), Point-Platteville Dual #1 (Feb. 13), and the Point-Platteville Dual #2 (Feb. 20) with best throw being 17.80 meters (58' 4.75") at the Point-Platteville Dual #2... Won the shot put at both Point-Platteville Duals (Feb. 13 & 20) with best throw being 14.95 meters (49' 0.75)

2020 Indoor: Awarded an All-American honor for the weight throw after qualifying for the NCAA Championships before the event was cancelled…Posted a top-5 finish in the weight throw at all eight meets, including a second-place finish at the Carthage Final Qualifier with a career-best distance of 18.22 meters (59’ 9.5”)…Recorded top-8 finishes in the shot put at 7-fo-8 meets with a career-long of 15.69 meters (51’ 5.75”) at the UW-Oshkosh Titan Invitational (Feb. 22).
 
2019 Outdoor: Won with a career-best throw of 54.73 meters (179’ 7”) in the hammer throw, placed first in shot put with a toss of 15.16 meters (49’ 9”), won with a throw of 42.26 meters (138’ 8”) in discus at the St. Norbert Quad (Apr. 26-27)…Had a career-high throw of 48.49 meters (159’ 1”) in the discus throw finishing in eighth place at the Eagle Open at UW-La Crosse (May 10).
 
2019 Indoor: Threw a career-best of 16.88 meters (55’ 4.75”) in the weight throw placing fifth and also a career-best in shot put with a throw of 15.12 meters (49’ 7.25”) placing eighth at the Pointer Final Qualifier (Mar. 2)
 
2018 Outdoor: Threw a distance of 14.68 meters (48’ 2”) for an 11th-place finish in the shot put at the WIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (May 4-5)…Earned a fifth-place finish with a throw of 46.51 meters (152’ 7”) in the hammer throw at the St. Norbert Quadrangular (April 28)…Tossed a distance of 42.08 meters (138’ 1”) for a ninth-place finish in the discus throw at the UW-Platteville Invitational (April 12). 
 
2018 Indoor: Earned an eighth-place finish with a distance of 16.45 meters (53’ 11.75”) in the weight throw at the WIAC Indoor Track and Field Championships (Feb. 22-23)…Tabbed a sixth-place finish with a distance of 14.32 meters (46’ 11.75”) in the shot put at the Pointer Invitational (Feb. 3).
