2024 Indoor: Placed third in the 3000-meter run with a time of 11:32.80 at the Ripon Final Qualifier and Multi (Mar. 1-2)…Took 15th in the 3000-meter run with a personal-best time of 11:29.02 at the Titan Challenge (Feb. 17)…Logged a personal-best time of 5:47.49 in the mile at the Midwest ELITE Invitational (Feb. 10)…Finished seventh in 3000-meter run with a time of 11:42.54 at the Big Dawg Invite (Feb. 3)…Took 14th in the mile with a time of 4:48.48 at the Leonard “Squig” Converse Invitational (Jan. 26-27).
High School: Eight-time letterwinner, four in cross country and four in track & field…All-conference second-team as a freshman in cross country…Academic all-state as a freshman.
