2018 Outdoor: Placed fifth with a season-best time of 3:53.80 in the 1,500-meter run at the WIAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (May 4-5)…Ran a time of 1:56.19 for fifth in the 800-meter run at the Augustana Meet of Champions (April 21)…Won the 1,500-meter run with a time of 3:58.96 at the UW-Platteville Invitational (April 12).
 
2018 Indoor: Ran a season-best time of 8:59.48 for a third-place finish in the 3,000-meter run in a tri-conference meet against UW-Eau Claire and UW-Platteville (Jan. 20)…Won the 800-meter with a time of 1:56.55 at the Pointer Invitational (Feb. 3)…Came in the runner-up position with a time of 4:18.15 in the 1,600-meter run at the WIAC Indoor Track and Field Championships (Feb. 22-23). 

2017 Outdoor: Dashed to a fifth-place finish with a time of 52.91 in the 400-meter run at the St. Norbert Quadrangular (April 29)…While competing at the WIAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 5-6), finished with a time of 1:56.05, good for 13th, in the 800-meter run. 
 
2017 Indoor: Clocked in with a time of 1:56.73, for a second-place finish in the 800-meter run at the UW-Oshkosh Quadrangular (Feb. 11)…Ran a time of 4:23.90 in the mile run, good for a first-place finish at the Pointer Invite (Feb. 4).    

2016 Outdoor: Ran a 1:55:77 in the 800-meter at the WIAC Outdoor Championships on May 16…Ran a 4:09:12 in the 1500-meter at the Ashton May Invite at UW-La Crosse on April 9

2016 Indoor: Participated in the Mile marking a time of 4:24:66 at the Point Qualifier on March 5…Finished 6th with a time of 9:33:69 in the 3000-meter at the Pointer Open on January 16

High School: Graduated in 2015 from WIAA Division II Aquinas High School and Graduated in 2015
