Karen Scarseth, a 1989 graduate of UW-Stevens Point and former Softball player, joins Coach Henke’s staff this season as an assistant coach.
Coach Scarseth has coached varsity volleyball, basketball, softball and golf during her 20 years at Wisconsin Rapids’ Lincoln High School before joining the Pointer staff this season. She has also served in various positions with the Wisconsin Fastpitch Softball Coaches Assocaiton including executive board member (2001-04) and president (2004-07).
During her 11 seasons at the helm of the Lincoln High School softball program, she led the team to conference championships in 1998 and 2005.
