Peterson joins the Pointer football staff this year after finishing his playing career in 2010.

Last year’s UWSP Linebacker of the Year, Peterson was a unanimous First Team All-Conference selection. He was also voted the team’s most improved player in 2009 and was a member of 2008’s WIAC conference championship squad.
